My wife and I made the decision to move across the country from Arizona to Bluffton I the Spring of 2019.  Having a child still in high school made the window for this move quite small.  Diana Sroufe made this transition possible and provided us exactly what we needed.  We flew into town to look at homes on Easter weekend and Diana was awesome!  Not only did she show us what we wanted to see....even though she knew we would not pursue, but gave us insight and ideas as we viewed our first few homes together.  Diana listened and immediately came up with additional homes to view based on our criteria.

Ric was very helpful in our (my wife and I) search for our dream home. He was always available if we had questions or concerns. During the hunt for our home, he spent many long afternoons and evenings taking us to all the different communities in the area to give us an idea of what was out there. He is also very knowledgeable about the process of buying a home, from the hunt all the way to the closing and even after. He is also very knowledgeable about the area, and has a lot of fun facts and history to share, which we liked.
